Missions

As followers of Christ we believe that we are called to be on mission by sharing the gospel here and around the world. Below you will find helpful information about opportunities locally, domestically, and internationally to serve the Lord.

Locally

Join us as we live out the gospel through our Micah 6:8 Ministry, Love Brevard, and many other mission opportunities to love and serve our community.

Domestically

Woven in our DNA is a heart for church planting. Join us as we partner with Redemption Hill Church to love and minister to the people of Boston.

Internationally

The great commission calls us to take the gospel to the nations. Prayerfully consider joining one of our teams as they GO to declare the name of Christ in Ecuador, Panama, Romania, and Mexico City.
Of course these opportunities are not exhaustive, and God may lead you to serve in an area that isn’t mentioned. Maybe God is leading you to start a new ministry, and if so, praise the Lord!

Each Saturday at 3:21PM let's pray together specifically for our local, North American, and international mission partners.

Micah 6:8

In 2011, God began to give us a vision to minister in a new way to the hurting in our community. This vision was birthed out of God’s Word through the ancient prophet Micah, “He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?” (Micah 6:8). As a church, we began to explore where God would have us get involved in justice and mercy ministries in our community. He led us more and more to engage in two specific ministry areas: working with homeless families, and working with children in need of foster care and adoption.

Launch Pad

One church cannot reach a city by itself. The purpose of the Launch Pad is to create a discipleship process that equips FBC Melbourne to be continually engaged in local campus planting and domestic church planting by developing church plant leaders and members.
