Low Impact Aerobics & Toning Classes

The Classes are $1 each
Participants have fun moving to music through a variety of aerobic exercises at a low impact level to increase cardiovascular, range of movement, endurance, coordination and muscular strength, includes using resistance equipment of small balls, hand-held weights and occasionally elastic tubing and/or thera-bands, closing with casual stretching.
This class is for ANYONE, male or female ages 12 and up!

Be prepared to laugh until your sides hurt! We have just purchased one of Dennis Swanberg's newest DVD sets and we want to share an hour of laughter with you. We will start at 10:30 AM.
Afterwards we will enjoy another tasty lunch prepared by Marsha Clark. Last month we walked away having had a very enjoyable meal and we look forward to see what Marsha has planned for us this month. Registration is now closed!
