Aerobics - Low Impact & Tone

Low Impact Aerobics & Toning Classes

Monday - Friday
9:00  – 10:00 AM

Tuesday and Thursday
6:30 - 7:30 PM

WHERE: Junior High Student Center

The Classes are $1 each

Participants have fun moving to music through a variety of aerobic exercises at a low impact level to increase cardiovascular, range of movement, endurance, coordination and muscular strength, includes using resistance equipment of small balls, hand-held weights and occasionally elastic tubing and/or thera-bands, closing with casual stretching.

This class is for ANYONE, male or female ages 12 and up!
