This Mission Trip emphasis will be on the "School of Heroes" VBS, where we paln to teach 800-900 children, Camp Hope construciton, instrumental music seminars, and more.

WHERE: Junior High Student Center
The Classes are $1 each
Participants have fun moving to music through a variety of aerobic exercises at a low impact level to increase cardiovascular, range of movement, endurance, coordination and muscular strength, includes using resistance equipment of small balls, hand-held weights and occasionally elastic tubing and/or thera-bands, closing with casual stretching.
This class is for ANYONE, male or female ages 12 and up!
