WHAT: Low Impact Aerobics & Tone Classes
WHEN: Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings
TIME: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
WHERE: Junior High room in the Student Center
Participants have fun moving to music through a variety of aerobic exercises at a low impact level to increase cardiovascular, range of movement, endurance, coordination and muscular strength, includes using resistance equipment of small balls, hand-held weights and occasionally elastic tubing and/or thera-bands, closing with casual stretching.
This class is for ANYONE, male or female ages 12 and up!
